AZO is the description of metal oxide that adds aluminum (AL) into zinc oxide (ZnO), harmless to environment and good transparent material with the characteristics of heat insulation and transmitting electricity. It has the relative characteristics of ITO, and is widely used for transparent heat insulation film, transparent electric film and all the kinds of transparent electrode of IT industry.
